***If you have not recieved your product within 7 business days after you have recieved a tracking number, please contact our office ASAP.


Shipping Policy:

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for our staff to process all orders.  On orders placed after 2pm EST, the processing may not begin until the following day.  With all orders, once your products have been shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email you provided to us.
  • For a more accurate processing time or other inquires please call our office ASAP at 1-844-566-2220.
  • We offer FREE shipping if your order is $75.00 or more.  When free shipping is chosen, we have the right to decide which shipping method (USPS Priority or UPS Ground) is best for us.  If you have a preference between USPS or UPS, you may choose this at checkout, but charges will apply. International orders are excluded from free shipping.
  • On orders less than $75.00 a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee will be charged and the decision on the carrier method will be made by our staff. If you would like to choose a specific shipping method, you may do so, but additional fees may apply. We currently offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Ground 3rd Day at checkout.  
  • Signature delivery is available upon request and fees may apply.  Please contact the office if this is something you are interested in.
  • If you would like additional shipping options such as same day or overnight shipping, please contact our office at 1-844-566-2220. 

*** Some orders may ship directly from the manufacturer to shorten delivery time. In this case, we will provide you with a tracking number, however the carrier may vary, i.e. FedEx or UPS.

*** Once the package is in the possession of the carrier and you receive a tracking number, we are no longer liable for lost or misplaced packages.  All claims must then be filed through the appropriate carrier using the tracking number provided.

International Shipping:

  • Again, international shipping is EXCLUDED from free shipping.
  • Due to regulations, we are not able to ship specific items from our product line to certain countries.
  • Flat rate international shipping for North America is $25.00.  When this option is selected, we have the right to decide which shipping method (DHL, USPS, or UPS) is best for us.  
  • For those outside of North America, please contact our office to determine the appropriate shipping arrangements prior to placing your order. 

 ***We are not responsible for any taxes, tarrifs, or duties when shipping international. Please check with your country regarding these charges.

Damaged Products:

  • If you experience any problems with your products upon delivery, please immediately photograph the damaged products, as well as the package in which it was shipped. This is required for you to be able to file a claim with the carrier. 

** We rarely experience problems with damaged products, but when a problem arises, we are dedicated to resolving the issue appropriately.  Please contact our office, so we can help you 1-844-566-2220.
